Many people in the world suffer mentally and physically. One simple solution to this is to live with nature. 




When you wake up in the morning, if you can, look for a green environment that will keep you fresh and refreshed. As well as when you wake up in the morning, get fresh air if you can, it is good for your health. Breathing exercises with the environment every morning will keep the lungs functioning properly.



If you spend a lot of time covered with technological tools, it will affect your physical health as well as brain function.
  • Ex: If you spend time in front of the computer all day, it will affect your eyes more adversely.

The best solution is to turn your eyes away from the computer and look at the green environment for a few minutes. That way you can minimize the damage.



If you are a very busy person, living with the environment can burn down your tired nature. The chirping of birds in the environment, the sound of waterfalls, the sound of leaves moving will invigorate you.
